At The Dollhouse Experience by Shemica Daniels, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality for all of our hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented the following refund and return policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our items.
Refund and Return Guidelines
1. Non-Refundable Items:
• All products are non-refundable once the packaging seal is broken.
• Products that have been used, tampered with, or opened are not eligible for a refund or return.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hair products after they have been unsealed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• To process an exchange, you must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging it arrived in.
3. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:
• Refunds or exchanges are only considered for unopened, unused, and sealed products returned in their original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.
4. Final Sale Items:
• Custom orders, sale items, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
If you need to report an issue or request an exchange:
1. Email us at thedollhouseexpbysd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and details of the issue.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, if eligible.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by The Dollhouse Experience by Shemica Daniels.
